Getting Below 110 lbs and Staying There For Good!
My name is Jeanette. I am an amateur blogger. :)
I write about my personal experiences and reviews on products or e-books that I like (and don’t like).
And why so…
Weight loss is one of my favorite subjects. I can share my great journey on how I got my weight below 110 lbs and kept it there for years.
First let me tell you some things that I did NOT do:
- I did NOT do strenuous exercises. A regular walk in the park for 15 to 20 minutes in the morning or afternoon was the best I could do.
Thanks to the book The Lazy Guy’s Easy Weight Loss Method:
The Secret to Losing the Fat Without Exercise or Giving Up the Bacon, Burgers, and Burritos for the no B.S. inspiration. :)
(Some weight loss guru’s would not approve of my ‘no-strenuous-exercise’ choice, but hey! It works! The book is cheap on amazon, $15~. Read it for yourself if you wish. It’s easy and fun to read.
Here are a couple of things I like about this book:
-It doesn’t discourage eating what you love to eat. (Imagine eating burritos and burgers and still losing weight. Crazy, I know! That’s what really intrigued me.) But, beware, you have to keep everything in moderation.
-It’s a no-stress solution to weight loss, great for lazy people.)
- I did NOT skip meals. For people who do crash dieting all the time, you know that doing so make you CRAVE MORE. I tried it once or twice and I felt terrible at work (very low energy) and soooo hungry. Hunger makes me binge, which does not help on losing weight.
- I did NOT undergo any surgery or special procedures.
- I did NOT take any pills. Just multivitamins (nothing new, I’ve been taking these since forever.) You can buy some good ones at your health food store. I order mine online at amazon, it’s called intraMAX Liquid Nutrition (Peach Mango Flavor, 8g fiber/4g protein per serv., Vitamins, Minerals, Enzymes, Fiber, 33 oz – 1 Month Supply) for $72.87
. It’s organic, in liquid form and easily absorbed by the body.

So what did I actually do?
I read a lot of things about weight loss and how to beat the fat out of my dis-proportioned belly. Here’s how I did it fast:
- I subscribed into a cheap online program called the Fat Loss For Idiots. It promises 9 lbs off of your weight after 11 days. However, for some people, it may take 13 to 14 days to lose 9 lbs. Age and general state of health have something to do with the differences. But nonetheless, it’s pretty darn fast!
- Just to give you an idea, Fat Loss For Idiots do NOT recommend strenuous exercises nor low-calorie dieting;
- What it does is give you an abundant choices of (the most commonly favorite) food. Then there’s a software that gives you a great meal plan (with your chosen food) that you should follow.
- The food choices are good. Bad thing is, they do not include menu from Mc Donald’s.
You can check it out through this link and read the freebie info first. They have a wealth of free information on their website.
Currently, they are offering the program for 50% off at $39~ for a limited time offer. I paid full price for mine and there are some circulating rumors saying that they’re about to lift the discount again soon. I’m not sure how true that is…
But anyway, here are some of the screen shots I took from the program:

- I did a good detoxification program. (This is something I’ve been wanting to do to get rid of toxins from my body.) I read it in a book that too much ‘junk’ in your system actually prevents your body from getting back to it’s ‘optimum state of health’. And the healthier you are, the faster you lose weight. There are books in Amazon that talk about this. One book I particularly like is

- I got in a habit of drinking plenty of water daily. I drank 3 to 4 Liters evenly spread throughout the day. (Not just at mealtime because too much water at meal time actually dilutes your enzymes and gastric juices… These things help digest your food well, so you wouldn’t want these diluted.)
Good luck and have fun on your road to getting your optimum weight. :)
The blogger,
-Jeanette
